Welcome to the Registrar’s Office


 

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the integrity of student records.  We provide services to the University community by producing printed and online calendars, scheduling classes and exams, assisting students in the interpretation of regulations, maintaining the database of student registration and student records which includes gathering and reporting final grades and academic decisions, as well as producing official transcripts and degrees.

Orillia Campus students only:

Academic Advising and Registrarial assistance for Orillia Campus students is available through Student Services.  They are located in LU1002 and are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  For more information please visit the Orillia Campus website at orillia.lakeheadu.ca.


 

 LAKEHEAD UNIVERSITY MYEMAIL:

Every Lakehead University student will have a permanent e-mail account. Like other web-based mail, this account can be accessed from any web browser, on or off campus. To access your e-mail, you will need your USERNAME and PASSWORD. These will be included in the letter sent to you in acknowledgement of your application for admission to Lakehead University. These are also available from the Office of the Registrar.

myInfo (WebAdvisor):

If you are currently registered or have ever been registered as a Lakehead University student, you can access your own student records through myInfo (WebAdvisor). You will need your USERNAME and PASSWORD to access your records.  Once entered, click the "Login" button.

From myInfo (WebAdvisor) you can:

  • Register for Classes (Add/Drop courses)
  • View Class Schedules
  • View Transcripts/Grades
  • Check Account Balances/Payments
  • Access Financial Aid Information (Scholarships and Bursaries)
If you don't know your PASSWORD, click on the "Forgot your Password?" link and follow the instructions. 
 
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND MYINFO (WEBADVISOR) REGULARLY AS IMPORTANT ACADEMIC INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO THESE ACCOUNTS.
